Order Processing & Handling

We carefully prepare each order of our handcrafted products. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days. We’ll notify you via email once your order ships.

Our team packages your items with care, using eco-friendly materials that protect both your products and our 'āina. Each soap, loofah, and natural product is carefully wrapped to maintain its quality during transit.

Hawaii Orders (Inner Island)

Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (additional fee applies)

Continental United States

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional fee applies)

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM HST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship only within Hawaii and the continental United States. We cannot ship to:

International addresses

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
Items must be unused and in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Returns must include at least 2/3 of the product for liquid items

For Hawaii returns:

Return shipping typically takes 2-3 business days
Process refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving return

For Continental US returns:

Return shipping typically takes 5-7 business days
Process refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving return
