We believe in the quality of our products and want you to experience their benefits with complete peace of mind. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.

Return Window

You have 14 days from receiving your order to initiate a return. We understand that choosing natural products is a personal experience, and we want you to feel confident in your decision.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Have at least 2/3 of the product remaining (for liquid products)

  • Free from damage

Return Process

For Online Orders:

  1. Email us at HiloShowers@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll send you return instructions within 1 business day

  3. Package your items securely using eco-friendly materials when possible

  4. Ship your return using the provided instructions

For Pop-up Purchase Returns:
Visit us at any of our pop-up locations with:

  • Your original receipt

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A valid ID

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • Online order refunds are processed within 3-5 business days

  • Pop-up purchase refunds are processed immediately

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Natural Product Considerations

As creators of natural products, we want to ensure the best experience possible:

  • If you experience any skin sensitivity, discontinue use immediately and contact us

  • We cannot accept returns on products that show signs of extensive use

  • For concerns about product reactions, please contact us right away for assistance

Exchanges

Prefer to try a different product? We’re happy to help:

  • Direct exchanges are available at our pop-up locations

  • For online orders, we’ll process your refund and you can place a new order

  • We’ll help you choose the right product for your needs

Shipping Costs

For online returns:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using tracked shipping for your protection
